(UT)超音波检测
超音波检测是指藉著换能器(或称探头Transducer or Probe or search Unit)发射出低能量高频率的超音波，再经由接触媒质(Couplant)传入检测物件中，再经由检测物件中超音波之反射或透射讯号之侦检、分析来检测受检物件之厚度或瑕疵与否及瑕疵位置。
