(UT)超音波檢測
超音波檢測是指藉著換能器(或稱探頭Transducer or Probe or search Unit)發射出低能量高頻率的超音波，再經由接觸媒質(Couplant)傳入檢測物件中，再經由檢測物件中超音波之反射或透射訊號之偵檢、分析來檢測受檢物件之厚度或瑕疵與否及瑕疵位置。
